Sharp Document Solution Systems in the MPS Park at CeBIT 2012

At this year’s CeBIT, Sharp Document Solution Systems, together with service partners edo and Perform IT, is presenting its MPS concept – Sharp Optimised Services – in the Managed Print Services (MPS) Park in Hall 3. From comprehensive analysis to optimisation, culminating in the management of improved document logistics, Sharp provides companies with its support as competent and reliable business partner in each implementation phase of document solutions. At the Sharp stand in the MPS Park at CeBIT (Stand A24), visitors will be able to see the detailed workings behind the improvement of document processing efficiency and to discover the modules comprising Sharp Optimised Services.

Large-format touch displays: Sharp presents new interactive whiteboards with up to 80-inch diagonal screen size

From training to brainstorming to business presentation – interactive working is today a proven method for obtaining the best possible results in a minimum of time. The new touch monitors from Sharp make it simple to exchange knowledge between several people: available in 60, 70 and 80-inch screen sizes with full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the PN-L monitor series faithfully delivers pictures that are clear and precise down to the finest detail. With its innovative detection software, any changes and comments can be immediately integrated in existing drafts on the monitor and then optionally saved or printed out.

Sharp announces world’s first MFPs with finger-swipe touch control

Next-generation office multifunction systems feature smartphone-type user interface for ease of use and greater productivity.

Sharp’s new software range for an efficient office

“Time is money”. This old adage also applies to document management in offices. Thanks to a new software range from Sharp for its OSA-compatible MFPs , companies can now noticeably improve their workflow efficiency. The Kayleigh accounting solution optimises access control and order accounting, while SimplifyPrint enables documents to be printed directly from an MFP. In contrast to its partner-based software range, Sharp is focusing on the MFP entry-level segment with its own solutions.

Sharp’s A4 Office MFPs: new standards and smart solutions

The multifunction printers MX-C382SC (colour) and MX-B382SC (black and white) highlight Sharp‘s capacity for innovation in the small and medium-sized office segment for MFPs. Their wide variety of features, such as the card scanner, reduced space requirements and the scan-to-me and scan-to-print functions, impress both customers and partners.

Customisation made by Sharp

Doing the same thing over and over again is not only boring, it also costs time, and therefore money (at least in work life). After all, it's not the page or click price, but the staff and workflow costs which make up the cost drivers in document management on the long term.  This makes it very important to plan routine activities such as scanning and printing as efficiently as possible. The new OSA network scanner tool now opens many possibilities of doing this: the software performs complex tasks in a single step thanks to individually set profiles. It can be adapted very easily from the PC or directly via the control panel on the multifunction system (MFP).

Sharp Optimised Services – 3 steps to the successful Managed Print Service

Every company and every employee works differently, and so each business has its own individual requirements for optimal print and document processing. For this reason, Japanese technology company Sharp is now proposing the Sharp Optimised Services in the form of a Managed Print Service (MPS). In a 3-stage process, document management is optimised, thereby improving productivity and reducing costs. Active protection of the environment and the security of sensitive corporate data play a key role in this system.
